Katina Neal Turner

Katina Neal-Turner is a seasoned supply chain leader with a strong focus on supplier engagement and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Senior Manager at a leading healthcare company, she leads efforts to increase spending with diverse suppliers and strengthen inclusive procurement practices. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Katina has built lasting partnerships and driven meaningful operational improvements.

In 2022, she received the Anders C. Rasmussen, Jr. Award from the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council for her work connecting diverse businesses to procurement opportunities.

Katina holds a B.A. in Communications from Northern Illinois University and is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Derek, and daughter, DeShara, a Maywood Fine Arts alumna.
