Mary Kay Martire

Mary Kay Martire is a partner at the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLC, where she advises clients on state and local tax issues and serves as Co-chair of the Chicago office Pro Bono Committee.  Mary Kay lives in River Forest with her husband Ralph.  Their two children are graduates of Oak Park and River Forest High School.  Mary Kay is currently a board member of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Inc. is a past board member and Chair of the Chicago Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Inc.  Locally she is an active member of the Oak Park and River Forest Community Foundation’s Women in Philanthropy group, where she served as the group’s 2023 Chair.  Mary Kay is also a former board and executive committee member of two local non-profits associated with the fine arts: PING! (Providing Instruments for the Next Generation) and PIMA (Parents Instrumental Music Association).
